    Liam Doyle

    LEAD PASTOR

    Liam joined Lake Mac in 2013 as the Church Planter. He’s married to Lucy and they have four daughters—Poppy, Maggie, Eliza and Willow. 

    Liam did an MTS traineeship with Orange Evangelical Church before completing his Bachelor of Theology
    at SMBC.

    Rob Warner

    MATURITY, MEMBERSHIP, KIDS + YOUTH

    Rob joined the Lake Mac staff team in 2016. He and his wife Kirst have three kids—Brooklyn, Broyce and Bronte.

    Before moving to Lake Mac, Rob spent 10 years running camps for CRU. He then completed his Bachelor of Theology at SMBC.

    Rachel Kiujian

    MAGNIFICATION, MINISTRY + COMMUNICATIONS

    Rachel became a member of Lake Mac Church in 2019, before joining the staff team in 2025. She’s married to Ben and they have three kids—Ruby, Bayley and Asher.

    Rach has a Graduate Diploma of Divinity from SMBC and a Bachelor of Communication (Journalism) from the University of Newcastle.

Our
STORY.

Lake Mac Church began in 2011 as a group of Christians meeting in a home to study the Bible. We soon began meeting as a house church, and before long decided to make steps towards becoming a
church plant.

We sought help from (and eventually partnered with) the FIEC, The Lakes Church and Reach Australia, and with their guidance and God’s help, we found a church planter and saw Lake Mac Church officially begin in a lounge room at the start of 2013. 

The one thing that has never changed is our commitment to teaching and preaching the word of God, for it is the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ that brings forgiveness to the world.
